For those who love cycling or walking and want to venture among the various landscapes of our lands to learn about their history and nature, Bed & Bike offers a guided tour service organized in collaboration with Sigeric, AlterEco and Ai Piedi delle Apuane – La Centurea: qualified and authorized tourist, environmental and alpine guides Guided tours can be organized in shared groups, for those who prefer to share the adventure with new friends or they can be organized on request in private for families or small groups. E-bikes are used for all routes: bicycles with assisted pedaling useful especially during climbs. E-bikes can be both normal road bikes and Mtb and you can decide not to activate the pedal assistance or choose various levels of assistance

Pedala & Gusta Cinque Terre Tour
This route will allow you to experience the essence of the Cinque Terre through its vineyards and characteristic terraces and it will be a different way to enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of these magnificent lands. The tour will start from the center of La Spezia, will go up towards Bassa crossing the chestnut groves up to the Telegraph hill. From there we will continue along a path to Volastra, the tour will then continue with Manarola, followed by a lunch break and free time, in the afternoon we will return to La Spezia along the panoramic road.

Pedala & Gusta in the Middle Age Tour
Designed for families, for those fascinated by castles and villages and for anyone who wants to enjoy a day outdoors, the tour will cross the Val di Magra and the Natural and Cultural Park of the Bagnone Valley. The ride will start from Filattiera and continue along the Via Francigena, passing through the heart of Lunigiana in front of the parish church of S. Stefano di Sorano. The Malgrate Castle will be the first stop, following the various medieval villages of the Bagnone Valley and Taverone.

Pedala & Gusta between villages and groves Tour
To discover Lunigiana, its history and its nature. A unique path that will alternate woods and nature, with legends and history of this land. Meeting and departure from Filattiera, we will then climb up to the village of Malgrate and its Castle and then continue above Bagnone, to discover the villages of the Apennines: Corlaga, Vico, Treschietto up to the centenary chestnut grove of Iera. After the lunch break, the tour will end pedaling towards Bagnone and Filetto to return to Filattiera.

Pedala & Gusta Apennine landscapes Tour
If you want to visit landscapes with the beauty of a painting, then this tour is for you. It will cross the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine Park, passing from the Taverone Valley to the Lagastrello Pass to arrive in Comano, land of horses. The starting point of this tour will be the Valley of the Taverone stream, and we will proceed in the direction of the Lagastrello Pass. Once you arrive at the Pass, you will descend towards the sunny Comano Valley, between its towers and its villages. After the lunch break, you will return pedaling towards the Taverone Valley.

Lunigiana Apuana Tour
The tour includes a full day commitment starting from Ugliancaldo and continuing to Regnano, where then there will be a lunch break with tasting of typical products of the village and a visit to the artisan bakery in Canoara.
